Morco, a mortgage brokerage business licensed by the State of Florida, was founded in 1995 as a full service mortgage company.  Founder John Kleitch has more than 40 years of lending and financial services background.  John is a Past President of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers Suncoast Chapter and was named their “Broker of the Year” twice (1998 & 1999).

Our mission is to meet our customer's mortgage financing needs with competitive costs and the highest level of professional service possible.  Loan Officers are licensed and subscribe to a strict code of ethics.  The entire staff is committed to the principle that every applicant will receive fair and equal treatment throughout the application and approval process.

Morco Mortgage Company originates residential and commercial mortgages anywhere in the State of Florida.  Hundreds of loan programs are offered through local, regional and national sources.  Specialized niche programs are available for borrowers with unusual needs, including credit problems, inability to verify income and simplified no-documentation loans for those who prefer not to make full disclosure of their income and assets.  Our staff has the experience and know-how to locate the loan that best fits our customer’s needs.

Loans are available for purchases, refinancing for better interest rates or reduce payments, get cash from equity, consolidate debt - or any good purpose.  Our product menu includes conforming loans (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) up to $417,000, Jumbo ($417,001 to $4,000,000), VA, Nonconforming (sometimes called sub-prime because of credit & income issues), home equity lines of credit and second mortgages.
